Merrion House

Fact: no modern, state-of-the-art office building is complete without sturdy and reliable fixings & support solutions. In a recent project, we delivered just that during the fitting out of Merrion House in Leeds City Centre.

• The Client: Following an extensive refurbishment project, Merrion House is now a 170,000 sq ft, state-of-the-art office building, serving as one of the city centre homes of Leeds City Council who employ over 2,200 staff on the site. 
• The Project: The refurbishment and refitting of Merrion House was hailed as a ‘huge success’ by all parties involved as one of the largest public and private sector partnerships outside of London. In order to bring the project to a successful conclusion, a comprehensive range of fixings & support solutions were needed.
• The Result: Following initial consultations with the client, Armafix leveraged its full logistical capacity to deliver a huge range of products with short, speedy lead times. These products included trunking, basket tray, channel, rods and fixings.
