ORDERING INFORMATION

Do I need an account?

Whilst we would encourage you to open an account with Armaflo, which will provide you with credit facilities (subject to status), you can place orders and pay by card. We accept most Debit and Credit cards. To open an account, download our Customer Registration Form here.

How late can I place an order for next day delivery?

You can order up to 3:30pm for next day delivery on all stock items. Occasionally for large orders we do require more notice, but this will be discussed with you prior to you ordering.

Do your prices include VAT?

As we supply direct to the trade, our prices do not include VAT.

Do you take credit card payments?

We accept most Debit and Credit cards as methods of paying for your order.

Who should I contact regarding any issues?

Whilst we work very hard to ensure issues are minimal, sometimes things do go wrong. We are second to none at providing solutions in these instances. Simply contact our customer service team on either 0113 256 7211 or sales@armaflo.com and we will rapidly resolve the problem.

Do you charge carriage on deliveries?

Most orders over £150 are delivered next day free of charge. Orders below this threshold attract a £15 carriage charge. We also offer timed deliveries at an extra charge.

Can I collect my order?

You can collect your orders from our premises in Leeds. Simply phone or email your order through and we’ll have it ready for you to collect within the hour.

Yes, we offer next day, before noon, before 10:30am and Saturday deliveries. We also can offer same day deliveries to most LS, BD, WF, HX and HD postcode areas. Please call us for our charges for timed and same day deliveries.

What area do your deliveries cover?

We offer next day delivery to almost anywhere in the UK. Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight are covered on a 3 – 5 day service.

Can I track my delivery?

Our vans all have trackers and the drivers are always contactable. Deliveries sent via national couriers are also trackable through their relevant web portals. Just give us a call and we will find out what you need to know as quickly as we can.

Our offices are open from 07.30 to 16.30 Monday to Friday.  Our collection point is open from 07.30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Our offices and distribution warehouse are located in Leeds, where we are ideally positioned to service the whole country.

Over the years we have developed and focused our product range to specifically suit the electrical and mechanical industries. Today we supply many electrical contractors, mechanical contractors, fire protection contractors, HVAC contractors and refrigeration contractors.

Can you supply pre-cut channel and threaded rod?

Yes, we supply many of our customer with pre-cut channel and threaded rod. Simply tell us your requirements and we will cut to your specification, saving you time and money on site. Depending on the order size, most pre-cut orders are completed and delivered next day.

Should you find that you no longer require a product, Armaflo will happily accept a return, subject to the following conditions:
The product is a standard stock line
The product is in a resaleable condition
The return carriage is paid by the customer
Please note that any carriage charged on the original order will not be credited.
